摘　　要：弹道导弹目标识别特征效能评估是特征选择运用的重要依据.为了有效评估弹道导弹目标识别特征效能,首先构建了识别特征效能评估指标体系,梳理出七项评估指标,并对其进行详细分析;然后提出一种基于SPA-AHP的识别特征效能评估方法,给出了特征效能评估流程,运用层次分析法确定各评估指标的权重;最后结合典型实例进行了验证.仿真结果表明,该方法能够有效评估识别特征效能,评估结果更具客观性,对弹道导弹识别特征效能评估具有一定的参考价值.Effectiveness evaluation of identification features of ballistic targets is an important basis for feature selection and application.To assess the identification features effectively,this paper establishes7assessment indexes and analyzes each of them in detail.And then the paper proposes a method of identification features’effectiveness assessment based on SPA-AHP and gives the evaluation process.Hierarchy analysis method is also used to determine the weight of each evaluation index.Finally a typical example is employed to do a simulation test and the result shows that the proposed method can evaluate the identification features’effectiveness validly and the assessment result is more objective,thus providing a kind of reference to the effectiveness evaluation of identification features of ballistic missile.
