摘　　要：目的:分析我院静配用药配置中心的输液医嘱应用情况,以便为临床合理用药提供参考和指导。方法:收集我院静配中心2016年5月—12月审方记录中的不合理用药医嘱,进行分类归纳及分析总结。结果:静配中心不合理用药包括药物溶媒选择、溶媒用量、配伍禁忌、药物剂量或频次等方面的不合理应用。结论:我院静脉用药配置中心成立以来,经药师审核医嘱,能有效地避免静脉药物的不合理应用,提高临床用药安全性。Objective:To analyze the prescriptions of pharmacy intravenous admixture service(PIVAS),and provide reference and guidance for the rational use of intravenous infusion.Methods:The irrational prescriptions from May to December in2016according to the prescription-checkingrecords of PIVAS in our hospital had been collected,categorized and analyzed.Results:The irrational drug use in PIVAS could be categorized into the solvent selection,the quantity of the solvent,the incompatibilities between drugs,the dosage or frequency of administration,etc.Conclusion:The foundation of PIVAS in our hospital could significantly reduce the irrational use of intravenous drug through the pharmacists’prescription audit,thus improve the safety of clinical drug use.
