城市老旧工厂居民区景观改造研究——以南昌市兴柴北苑社区为例

摘　　要：随着城市的发展,旧城区逐渐失去了昔日的荣光,作为城市历史和文化的载体,我们需要重新焕发出"她"新的生命力。研究对象正是那些在城市中普遍存在并具有典型代表的老旧工厂居民区,由于是早期建造的居住小区,其内部环境存在很多问题。以南昌市兴柴北苑社区为例,深入挖掘分析其景观改造原则和景观改造策略,为此类老旧工厂居民区景观改造提供参考。With the development of the city,the old city gradually lost its former glory.As the carrier of the city's history and culture,we needto renew the new vitality of"she".The research objects of this paper are the old factories and residential areas which are prevalent in the city and have typical characteristics.Because of the early residential areas,there are many problems in their internal environment.This paper takes Nanchang City Xing Chai Bei Yuan community as an example,deeply analyzed the landscape transformation principle and landscape transformation strategy,provide a reference for the reconstruction of landscape of such old factory residents.
