糖尿病肾病患者气虚体质与各临床因素的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨DN的中医气虚体质与各临床因素的相关性,为中医个体化防治DN探索新思路、提供客观依据。方法根据纳入标准、排除标准,判断49例符合标准的DN患者中医体质气虚类型并收集其一般资料及临床指标。分析DN气虚体质患者与性别、年龄、BMI、糖尿病病程、胰岛素应用情况(>1年)、烟酒史、家族史、糖尿病视网膜及神经系统病变、心脑血管疾病、脂肪肝、胆囊结石、高血压、肾功能指标、血糖指标、血脂指标、营养指标的相关性。结果气虚体质DN与高血压病呈正相关(OR=4.225)。结论高血压病是气虚质DN的危险因素。Objective To explore the correlation between TCM Qi deficiency constitution and various clinical factors of DN,and to explore new ideas and provide objective basis for the prevention and treatment of DN.Methods According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,49cases of DN patients who met the criteria of TCM Constitution of qi deficiency type were judged and the general information and clinical indexes were collected.DN the constitution of qi deficiency patients with gender,age,BMI,duration of diabetes,insulin application(>1year),drinking and smoking history,family history,diabetic retinopathy and pathologic changes of the nervous system,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease,fatty liver,gallstones,hypertension,renal function index,the index of blood sugar,blood lipid indexes and nutrition indicators correlation analysis.Result Physical deficiency related to hypertension DN positive(OR=4.225).Conclusion Hypertension is the risk factor DN deficiency.
