摘　　要：目的应用Meta分析的方法评价加味小柴胡汤治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效及安全性。方法检索PubMed、the Cochrane library、中国知网、维普、万方、中国生物医学文献数据库关于加味小柴胡汤治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床随机对照试验(RCTs),检索时间为建库到2017年5月1日。按照纳入及排除标准,由2名评价员独立对文献进行筛查,资料提取,方法学质量评价。应用Revman5.2软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入11个RCTs,Meta分析结果显示:相比西药,加味小柴胡汤治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘,临床总有效率更高(P<0.05),复发率更低(P<0.05),不良反应发生率更低(P<0.05)。结论加味小柴胡汤治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效优于西药治疗,但由于文献质量不高,故仍需高质量的双盲随机临床试验加以验证。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and safety of Modified Xiao Chaihu Decoction in treatment of cough-variant asthma by Metaanalysis.Method The database of PubMed,the Cochrane library,CNKI,VIP,WanFang and CBM was retrieved with computer for collecting the clinical randomized and controlled trials(RCTs)about treatment of Modified Xiao Chaihu Decoction treating cough-variant asthma,among from the establishment of databases to May1,2017.Based on the preset inclusion and exclusion criteria,documents screening,quality assessment of methodology,data extraction were conducted by two researchers separately.Revman5.2software was used for a Meta-analysis.Result The results of Meta-analysis showed that compared with western medicine,Modified Xiao Chaihu Decoction was more effective in treating cough variant asthma(P<0.05),the recurrence rate was lower(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of Modified Xiao Chai hu Decoction on cough variant asthma is better than western medicine treatment.However,due to the low quality of the literature,it still needs high-quality double blind randomized clinical trial to verify it.
