苏黄止咳胶囊联合布地柰德吸入治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究分析苏黄止咳胶囊联合布地柰德吸入治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘临床效果。方法从聊城市第二人民医院呼吸内科收治的咳嗽变异性哮喘患者中选取76例进行研究分析,随机分为观察组(苏黄止咳胶囊联合布地柰德吸入治疗,38例)和对照组(布地柰德吸入治疗,38例),对比两组患者临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者咳嗽消失时间、哮鸣音消失时间、气喘消失时间分别为(9.5±1.1)d、(4.0±0.6)d、(3.6±0.4)d,均显著短于对照组患者的(13.3±2.6)d、(10.2±1.7)d、(6.8±0.7)d,相比有明显统计学意义(P<0.05)。组内比较,两组患者治疗后IL-6、TNF-α、IgE、IgG、IgM水平均显著低于治疗前,P<0.05;组间比较,观察组患者治疗后IL-6、TNF-α、IgE、IgG、IgM水平显著低于对照组患者,P<0.05。组内比较,两组患者治疗后FVC、FEV1、PEF水平均显著高于治疗前,P<0.05;组间比较,观察组患者治疗后FVC、FEV1、PEF水平均显著高于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论苏黄止咳胶囊联合布地柰德吸入治疗方法能很好的提高咳嗽变异性哮喘患者的免疫功能,并能显著降低患者炎性因子水平,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To study the analysis of Suhuangzhike capsule combined with budesonide in the treatment of cough variant asthma clinical effect.Methods Cough from Liaocheng Second People's Hospital of respiratory medicine from variant asthma patients in76cases were analyzed,and were randomly divided into observation group(Suhuangzhike capsules and budesonide inhalation treatment,38cases)and control group(budesonide inhalation treatment,38cases),compared two groups patients with clinical treatment effect.Results in the observation group,the disappearance time of cough,wheezing,wheezing disappearance time disappeared time was(9.5±1.1)days,(4±0.6)dsys,(3.6±0.4)days,were significantly shorter than the control group patients(13.3±2.6)days,(10.2±1.7)days,(6.8±0.7)days,there was statistical significance compared(P<0.05).The comparison group,two groups of patients after treatment of IL-6,TNF-α,IgE,IgG alpha and IgM were significantly lower than before treatment,P<0.05;comparison between groups,the observation group of patients after treatment of IL-6,TNF-α,IgE,IgG,alpha IgM levels significantly lower than the control group,P<0.05.The comparison group,two groups of patients after treatment of FVC,FEV1and PEF levels were significantly higher than that before treatment,P<0.05;comparison between groups,the observation group of patients after treatment of FVC,FEV1and PEF levels were significantly higher than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Suhuangzhike capsule combined with budesonide therapy is a good method to improve the immune function of patients with cough variant asthma,and can significantly reduce the level of inflammatory factors in patients,worthy of clinical application.
