摘　　要：目的调查护理人员对不良事件的认知、态度及上报意向。方法用自制的调查问卷对聊城地区五家二级以上综合性医疗机构的557名护理人员进行调查。结果①护理人员对不良事件认知度处于优势领域。②护理人员对不良事件的认知因年龄、工龄、职称、职务、学历、科室的不同而存在差异。③护理人员对不良事件态度趋于正向,得分最低的两个维度为负面影响和团队影响。④护理人员对不良事件上报意向平均分为(3.71±0.54),偏向正向。结论护理人员对不良事件的知信行处于优势领域,建议继续主管部门政策支持,加强普通护理人员安全教育。Objective To investigate the knowledge,attitude and practice of nurses on adverse events.Methods To investigate557nurses from5hospitals in LiaoCheng region with self-made questionnaires.Results①Nurses congnitove of adverse events is better.②There are differences on cognitive adverse events among different age,work experience,technical title,position,education and department.③According to the survey that nurses'attitudes adverse events tends to be positive,the dimension of negative impact and team had low scores.④Through investigation the average score of the nurses adverse events reported intention is(3.71±0.54).Conclusion Nursing staff in the field of knowledge-attitude-practice of the adverse events in the field,it is recommended to continue to be in charge of policy support,strengthen the safety education of ordinary nursing staff.
