摘　　要：低温多效蒸馏装置是海水淡化的重要设备,其主要设备材料的加工制造目前在国内还未完全掌握。介绍了低温多效蒸馏装置加工制造时双相不锈钢焊接、管板支撑板钻孔、胀管、双相不锈钢酸洗钝化等核心工艺技术,对提高装置加工效率,降低工程投资具有启发意义。The low-temperature multi-effect distilling device is an important machine for seawater desalination,of which the main equipment material cannot be fully manufactured in China.The core processing techniques such as DP stainless steel welding,hole boring of tube sheet supporting plate,expansion tube,DP stainless steel pickling and passivation for manufacturing of low-temperature multi-effect distilling device are introduced,to provide some inspiration for improving the processing efficiency and reducing investment of the device.
