摘　　要：基于浙江农户土地流转行为的问卷调查数据,采用Logistic模型,实证研究农户土地流转行为及其影响因素发现,农户家庭土地情况、对土地流转政策的认识以及生活感知均对流转行为有显著的正向影响,而个人特征和家庭特征两个指标没有显著的影响。政策建议为,应有序推进农村土地流转,稳定产权;加强对农村土地流转政策的宣传力度并切实保障好农户利益。Based on the survey data of farmers’behaviour to land transfer,using the method ofquestionnaire and Logistic model,empirical study on farmers’behaviour to land transfer and itsinfluencing factors.The study found that the situation of peasant family land,the awareness of landtransfer policy and life perception have a significant positive impact on the flow of behaviour,while the personal characteristics and family characteristics of the two indicators did notsignificantly affected.The policy suggestion is that rural land circulation should be promoted in anorderly manner and the property right should be stabilized.The propaganda of rural land circulationpolicy should be strengthened and the interests of farmers should be guaranteed.
