摘 要:本文提出基于灰色加权关联度的协调性评价方法:首先,采用频度法、专家咨询和主成分法筛选出表征电网发展和经济的评价指标体系;其次,采用主观的层次分析法和客观的熵权法相结合的综合赋权法确定评价指标权重;最后,建立灰色加权关联度模型评价电网与经济之间的协调性。以某地区为例,验证提出评估方法的可行性,以期为未来电网发展和规划决策提供科学支撑。Grey weighted correlation degree is proposed in this paper:firstly,the evaluation index system of power grid and economic is selected by frequency method,expert consultation and principal component analysis;Secondly,the weight of evaluation index is determined by the combination of subjective analytic hierarchy process and objective entropy method;Finally,grey weighted correlation degree model is established to evaluate the coordination between power grid and economic.An example is given to verify the feasibility of the proposed method,which provides scientific support for future power grid development and planning decision.
