硫酸法钛白粉生产副产品废酸的综合利用

摘　　要：硫酸法钛白粉生产二氧化钛有大量的废酸和副产品产生。本文首先总结现有的硫酸法钛白生产废酸液的主要处理技术,然后提出废酸综合利用的方式,即利用氨中和法生产偏钒酸铵,利用废酸生产镁肥,利用废酸生产氧化铁黑,利用废酸与硫酸亚铁生产硫酸铵及氧化铁。Titanium dioxide produced by sulfuric acid process has a large amount of waste and secondary production.This paper summarized the main treatment technology of waste acid solution produced by titanium dioxide by sulfuric acid process,and then put forward the comprehensive utilization of waste acid,the production of ammonium metavanadate using ammonia neutralization method,using waste acid production of magnesium fertilizer,using waste acid production of iron oxide black,waste acid and ferrous sulfate production of ammonium sulfate and iron oxide.
