摘　　要：《诸病源候论》是我国医药学史上第一部病因、病理、证候学专著,具有极高的医学价值。从语言研究的角度看,该书含有丰富的俗语和口语词,也是中古汉语研究的宝贵语料。文章试对其中"伤""悦""坐席""喜"等词语的含义进行考释。General Treatise on the Cause and Symptoms of Diseases is the first etiology,pathology,syndrome monographs in history of Chinese medicine which has a high medical value.The book is rich in vulgarism and colloquialism which is a valuable corpus for the study of the medieval times Chinese from the perspective of language research.This paper tries to explain the meaning of“Shang”“Yue”“Zuoxi”“Xi”and other terms.
