摘　　要：对目前警务专业学位招生规模、"双师制"、质量保障机制等方面存在的主要问题进行了剖析,从加强政策宣传力和执行力、探索成建制招生模式、创新用人机制3个方面为扩大招生规模提供了有效措施;通过校内评估、制定激励政策落实"双师制";从健全过程考核、加强学位论文监控、毕业研究生质量跟踪调查3个方面对警务硕士培养质量保障机制提出了建议。The essay analyzes the problems of recruitment scale and the cultivation quality,proposesthree measures like improving awareness and the execution of the policy,exploring a scale recruitmentmode and innovating employment mechanism.Meanwhile,on the respect of improving cultivation quality,the essay will focus on five suggestions:process assessment,thesis writing and the feedback of the qualityof the graduates by the means of tutorial system and assessing standard.
