多潘立酮联合口服补液盐Ⅲ治疗门诊儿童频繁呕吐疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察门诊应用多潘立酮联合口服补液盐Ⅲ治疗儿童频繁呕吐的效果。方法 100例门诊频繁呕吐就诊的儿童,随机分为观察组及对照组,每组50例。观察组应用多潘立酮联合口服补液盐Ⅲ治疗,对照组禁食处理。观察两组患儿治疗效果。结果观察组呕吐8例、尿量偏少14例、输液9例、总有效36例,均优于对照组的26、38、31、12例,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多潘立酮联合口服补液盐Ⅲ能有效缓解儿童频繁呕吐症状、减少静脉用药。Objective To observe the effect of domperidone combined with oral rehydration saltsⅢin the treatment of frequent vomiting children in outpatients.Methods A total of100frequent vomiting children in outpatients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with50cases in each group.The observation group was treated with domperidone and oral rehydration saltsⅢ,and the control group received fasting treatment.Treatment effect in two groups was observed.Results The observation group had8vomiting cases,14less urine volume cases,9infusion cases,and36total effectiveness cases,which were all better than26,38,31and12cases in the control group,and their difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of domperidone and oral rehydration saltsⅢcan effectively alleviate frequent vomiting in children and reduce intravenous medication.
