试析中医固脑益智汤联合多奈哌齐治疗老年肾虚痰浊型血管性痴呆的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:观察解析中医固脑益智汤联合多奈哌齐治疗老年肾虚痰浊型血管性痴呆的临床疗效。方法:严格按照随机分配原则选择在本院进行治疗肾虚痰浊型血管性痴呆的100例患者作为观察对象进行回顾性分析,根据给予不同的治疗药物将全部的患者进行分组治疗,即治疗组与对照组,每组患者50例。治疗组的治疗方案是使用固脑益智汤联合多奈哌齐进行治疗,而对照组则是以单独使用多奈哌齐为治疗方法。观察比较两组患者的临床效果、痴呆程度以及日常生活能力。结果:经过采用不同药物治疗后,两组患者在临床效果、痴呆程度以及日常生活能力等研究数据结果上有显著区别。治疗组的总有效率为96.00%,而对照组的总有效率为80.00%,治疗组较对照组,其总有效率比较高,组间数值存在差异表示具有统计学意义(P<00.5);治疗后,治疗组的痴呆程度以及日常生活能力明显优于对照组,两组患者的组间数值有差异,表示存在统计学意义(P<00.5)。结论:固脑益智汤联合多奈哌齐治疗老年肾虚痰浊型血管性痴呆的临床治疗中,其不仅可以显著性提高其临床疗效,还可以有效改善患者的痴呆程度以及日常生活能力等情况,在临床疾病治疗上具有极高的药效作用,值得在肾虚痰浊型血管性痴呆的临床治疗中推广使用。Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical effect of the Gu'nao Yizhi decoction combined with donepezil on senile dementia of kidney deficiency and turbid phlegm.Methods:100cases of kidney deficiency and phlegm type of vascular dementia patients in our hospital were selected as the research subjects according to the principle of random assignment selection lattice;the data of them were retrospectively analyzed according to the different therapeutic drugs.All patients were divided into two groups,namely the treatment group and the control group,with50cases in each group.The treatment group received the Gu'nao Yizhi decoctionCombined with donepezil treatment;while the control group was treated with donepezil alone.The clinical effect,the degree of dementia and the ability of daily life in two groups were compared.Results:After being treated with different drugs,the clinical effect,the degree of dementia and the ability of daily life in two groups were significantly different.The total effective rate in the treatment group was96.00%,which was significantly higher than80.00%in the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The degree of dementia and the ability of daily life in the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of senile dementia of kidney deficiency and turbid phlegm,the Gu'nao Yizhi decoction combined with donepezil could significantly improve the clinical efficacy,the degree of dementia patients and daily life ability;it had the extremely high effect,was worthy of clinical application and promotion on kidney deficiency and phlegm type of vascular dementia.
