摘　　要：目的:观察自拟除湿止带汤治疗湿热带下的临床疗效。方法:将2015年10月-2017年4月接诊的144例湿热带下病例随机分为两组,治疗组给予自拟除湿止带汤内服;对照组给予妇乐片内服治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率87.5%;对照组总有效率68.1%。结论:自拟除湿止带汤治疗湿热带下有较好的疗效。Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of the Chushi Zhidai decoction on damp heat vaginal discharge.Methods:144cases were randomly divided into2groups;the treatment group was treated with the Chushi Zhidai decoction;while the control group was given the Fule tablets.Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group was87.5%,and68.1%in the control group.Conclusion:The Chushi Zhidai decoction had a good effect on damp heat vaginal discharge.
