摘 要:目的:探讨对骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者采用高黏度骨水泥,分别施以单侧椎弓根入路椎体成形术以及双侧椎弓根入路椎体成形术治疗后获得的临床效果。方法:选择我院2014年8月-2016年7月收治的50例骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者作为试验对象;所有骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者选择数字奇偶法分组;对照组与观察组骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者分别施以双侧椎弓根入路椎体成形术治疗以及单侧椎弓根入路椎体成形术治疗;最终对高黏度骨水泥治疗效果回顾性分析。结果:观察组与对照组骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者完成治疗后,同治疗前比较,Cobb角、VAS评分以及椎体高度获得显著改善(P<0.05);组间呈现出的差异无显著性(P>0.05);观察组骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者X线照射时间、骨水泥用量以及临床手术时间少于对照组骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者极为显著(P<0.05);观察组骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者骨水泥渗漏率同对照组骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者未呈现出显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:对于骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者施以单侧椎弓根入路椎体成形术治疗,同双侧椎弓根入路椎体成形术比较,可以将临床骨水泥使用量、X线照射时间以及临床手术时间显著缩短,从而优化骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折疗效。Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of high viscosity cement on osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures.Methods:50cases of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture treated in our hospital from August2014to July2016were selected as experimental subjects;all osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures in patients were divided with digital parity method;the control group and the observation group were treated by bilateral transpedicular vertebroplasty and the unilateral transpedicular approach vertebroplasty respectively;the treatment effect of high viscosity bone cement was retrospectively analyzed.Results:After treatment,Cobb angle,VAS score,and vertebral height in osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures patients were significantly improved than those before treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05);The X-ray irradiation time,bone cement dosage and clinical operation time of the osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture in the observation group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05);compression fractures showed no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures,compared with bilateral transpedicular vertebroplasty,unilateral transpedicular vertebroplasty could decrease the bone cement volume,shorten the X-ray irradiation time and the time of surgery,so as to optimize the osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures treatment.
