摘　　要：目的:探讨胰十二指肠切除术围手术期的护理效果。方法:将358例胰十二指肠切除术患者随机分成对照组(常规护理)和观察组(规范化护理)作为研究对象(2011年11月1日-2016年11月31日收治),每组179例。对比两组手术等待时间、术后疼痛评分、下床活动时间、胃管拔除时间、住院天数以及并发症发生概率。结果:观察组患者手术等待时间为(3.74±0.36)d,术后疼痛评分为(3.14±0.31)分,下床活动时间为(3.11±0.37)d,胃管拔除时间为(3.05±0.59)d,住院天数为(15.53±2.48)d,术后并发症发生概率为2.79%,上述六项指标均较对照组更优(P<0.05)。结论:在胰十二指肠切除术围手术期进行规范化护理干预可获得较为满意的效果。Objective:To explore the effect of perioperative nursing for pancreatoduodenectomy.Methods:358cases of pancreatoduodenectomy were randomly divided into the control group(routine nursing)and the observation group(standardized nursing)as the research subjects(from November1,2011to November31,2016),with179cases in each group.The waiting time for surgery,postoperative pain score,ambulation time,extubation time,duration and complication probability stay in the hospital of two groups were compared.Results:The waiting time of the patients in the observation group was(3.74±0.36)days,the postoperative pain score was(3.14±0.31)points,the time of ambulation was(3.11±0.37)days,the time of extraction of the gastric tube was(3.05±0.59)days,and the number of hospital stay was(15.53±2.48)days,the complicate rate was2.79%,the indexes of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the perioperative period of pancreaticoduodenectomy,standardized nursing intervention could achieve satisfactory results.
