观察理筋点穴推拿结合运动疗法治疗肩周炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨理筋点穴推拿结合运动疗法治疗肩周炎的临床效果。方法:将2016年1-12月我院收治的60例肩周炎患者纳入本研究并分为两组,对照组30例,应用口服药物与康复训练治疗,观察组30例,应用理筋点穴推拿结合运动治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:观察组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组WHOOQOL-BREF评分优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组治疗总有效率为96.7%,远高于对照组的83.3%。结论:在肩周炎患者的临床治疗中,采取理筋点穴推拿结合运动的治疗方式疗效理想,能够有效缓解患者的肩膀疼痛,是切实可行的治疗方案,应予以大力推广。Objective:To explore clinical effects of acupuncture-massage with exercise therapy on frozen shoulder.Methods:60cases from January to December2016were enrolled in this study and divided into two groups.30cases in the control group received oral medication and rehabilitation training.30cases in the observation group were given acupuncture-massage with exercise therapy.Results:The VMP score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The WHOOQOL-BREF score in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The efficiency in the observation group was96.7%,much higher than83.3%in the control group.Conclusion:Acupuncture-massage plus exercise therapy on frozen shoulder is effective,can effectively relieve the shoulder pain of the patients,and should be promoted vigorously.
