阴阳平衡护理法联合口服温肾丸治疗少弱精子症的观察

摘　　要：目的:观察应用阴阳平衡护理法联合口服温肾丸治疗少弱精子症患者的效果。方法:将符合条件的60例口服温肾丸的患者随机分成两组,每组各30例,对照组予常规护理,实验组在常规护理的基础上增加阴阳平衡法护理,分别于服药前、服药及护理干预12周后的3日内进行精液常规、血清生精激素检测,并评定疗效。结果:经过12周的治疗及护理,实验组总有效率达到93.10%,对照组总有效率达到77.77%;血清睾酮均显著上升,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组与对照组相比,疗效有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:阴阳平衡护理法联合温肾丸治疗能显著提高男性少精子、弱精子、畸形精子所致的不育以及阳痿、早泄等性功能障碍的疗效。Objective:To observe efficacy of the Yinyang Pingheng nursing plus Wenshen Wan on oligoasthenozoospermic.Methods:60patients were randomly divided into two groups,30cases in each.The control group was given routine nursing;and the experimental group was given the Yinyang Pingheng nursing more.Before and after nursing,regular spermatic fluid testing and the serum hormones are detected.Results:In12weeks nursing,the total efficiency was93.10%in the experimental group and77.77%in the control group(P<0.05);the level of serum testosterone was improved better in the experimental group than that in the control group and before(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Yinyang Pingheng nursing plus Wenshen Wan on oligoasthenozoospermic shows an extremely significant curative effect on infertility.It is effective on premature ejaculation and impotence cure as well.
