摘　　要：目的:探讨妊娠糖尿病孕妇血栓前状态标志物检测的临床价值。方法:从医院2015年4月-2016年2月期间诊治的妊娠糖尿病孕妇中抽取45例作研究组研究对象,同期选取健康孕妇45名作为对照组研究对象,检测其血栓前状态标志物水平,并对比其检测结果。结果:(1)研究组孕妇的PT、TT、APTT水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);(2)研究组孕妇的FIB、CRP、PAGT∶MAR水平均明显高于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论:妊娠糖尿病孕妇血栓前状态标志物检测的临床价值显著,可作为血栓诊断的重要依据,且有预防血栓形成的作用,有借鉴意义。Objective:To investigate the clinical value of markers on prethrombotic state in pregnant women with diabetes.Methods:45pregnant women with diabetes were enrolled as the study group.45healthy pregnant women were selected as the control group.The levels of prethrombotic markers were measured.Results:①The levels of PT,TT and APTT in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05or P<0.01);②The levels of FIB,CRP and PAGT∶MAR in the study group were significantly higher(P<0.01).Conclusion:The clinical value of prethrombotic markers in pregnant women with diabetes is significant,can be used as an important basis for thrombosis diagnosis and has the effect of preventing thrombosis.
