思密达、妈咪爱配合叶酸治疗婴幼儿腹泻疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:比较二联药物(思密达+妈咪爱)与三联药物(思密达+妈咪爱+叶酸)对幼儿腹泻的效果。方法:124例腹泻患儿随机分为二联药物组与三联药物组,每组62例,二联药物组给予思密达和妈咪爱治疗,三联药物组给予思密达、妈咪爱和叶酸治疗。结果:药物治疗后,三联药物组的总有效率为93.5%,二联药物组的总有效率为77.4%,三联药物组的疗效明显高于二联药物组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组用药后症状改善时间具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:思密达、妈咪爱联合叶酸治疗婴幼儿腹泻能够加快症状改善时间,且无明显不良反应,疗效确切,值得推广应用。Objective:To compare the effect of combined drugs and triple drugs on infantile diarrhea.Methods:124children were randomly divided into the combined drugs group and the triple drugs group,62children in each.The combined drugs group was treated with smecta plus medilac-vita;the triple drugs group was given folate more.Results:The efficiency in the triple drugs group was93.5%,significantly higher than77.4%in the combined drugs group(P<0.05).There was significant difference between groups in the improvement time(P<0.05).Conclusion:Smecta,medilac-vita plus folate on infantile diarrhea can speed up the improvement of symptoms,without obvious adverse reactions and shows an exact effect,is worthy of promotion and application.
