黄蛭口服液改善急性心梗PCI术后患者超敏CRP,低密度脂蛋白及脑钠肽的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察黄蛭口服液改善PCI术后患者超敏CRP,低密度脂蛋白,脑钠肽水平的作用。方法:采用前瞻性对照研究方法,临床选取急性心梗PCI术后患者100例,随机分成治疗组与对照组,两组均给予常规冠心病2级药物预防治疗,治疗组加予口服黄蛭口服液,分别于治疗前后检测脑钠肽水平及超敏CRP、LDL,比较治疗前后两组各项观察指标的差异。结果:治疗组治疗后的超敏CRP、低密度脂蛋白、脑钠肽水平均低于对照组。结论:黄蛭口服液在降低PCI术后患者超敏CRP,低密度脂蛋白,脑钠肽水平方面均有一定的辅助作用。Objective:To observe clinical effects of the Huangzhi oral liquid on the levels of hypersensitive CRP,low density lipoprotein and brain natriuretic peptide in patients after PCI.Methods:100cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group.The groups were treated with conventional medicines.The treatment group was treated with the Huangzhi oral liquid.Results:After treatment,the levels of hypersensitive CRP,LDL and BNP in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group.Conclusion:The Huangzhi oral liquid could decrease the sensitivity of CRP and low density lipoprotein,and plays a certain role in improving brain natriuretic peptide levels.
