摘　　要：目的:探讨后置解剖板治疗外踝骨折的疗效。方法:对2010年9月-2013年9月收治并使用后置钛板治疗的40例外踝骨折患者的临床资料进行分析,同时对2008年1月-2011年12月常规外置解剖板治疗的本型骨折42例进行回顾性分析,作为对照组,并对骨折愈合率、伤口一期愈合率进行比较。结果:伤口一期愈合率比较有显著性差异。经3~10个月(平均6个月)随访,后置组病例骨折愈合良好,踝关节功能评定优32例、良6例、差2例,优良率为95.0%,组间无显著性差异。结论:后置解剖板治疗外踝骨折固定可靠,有利于切口愈合,为治疗Danis-Weber分型的B型外踝骨折的一种有效的手术方法。Objective:To explore the effects of rear anatomic plate on lateral malleolus fracture.Methods:40patients were treated by rear anatomic plate;the other42cases were treated by conventional external anatomic plate,as the control group.The healing rate of fracture and wound healing rate were compared.Results:There is a significant difference in wound healing rate between groups.After3to10months(average6months)of follow-up,32cases were excellent ankle function;6cases were good;2cases were poor;excellent rate was95.0%.There was no significant difference between groups.Conclusion:The rear anatomic plate is reliable and conducive,can promote incision healing,and is an effective surgical method for treating lateral malleolus fracture of Danis-Weber’s-B.
