摘　　要：指数加权移动平均(EWMA)控制图在统计质量控制过程中对小偏移比Shewhart控制图敏感而备受质量控制界的关注,该文利用方差分析方法对多变异源质量控制模型予以解析,并介绍了变异源指数加权移动平均控制图构建和计算方法,应用示例的结果表明:当偏移量小于1.5σ时检出能力优于Shewhart控制图。The exponentially weighted moving average(EWMA)control charts is focused on because the power of the EWMA control charts is more sensitive to the tiny shift than the Shewhart control.In this paper,we use variance analysis method for analyzing the multiple sources of variation process control model.The method of constructing the sourcesof variation exponentially weighted moving average control charts is introduced in the paper.In the example,the power of EWMA control charts achieves more than the Shewhart control charts when the shift of process average is less then1.5.
