摘　　要：针对超稠油加工技术改造及油品质量升级的要求,某石化公司新建一套25万吨/年异戊烷分离装置,加工原料为重整装置的拔头油、戊烷油等,生产出异戊烷油作为汽油调合组分,同时分离出脱异戊烷油作为乙烯裂解原料。A new0.25Mt/a isopentane separation unit was put into operation in a petrochemical company to meet therequirements of technological modification for super heavy oil and quality upgrading of the oil products.The feedstock of the unitcome from the topped oil and pentane oil from reformer,the isopentane produced is used for gasoline blending,and dyisopentane oilis sent to ethylene cracker as raw materials.
