摘　　要：作为专门的反腐败国家机关的监察委员会,这一新的国家机关的设立必然涉及宪法修改问题。此次修改以采用修正案的方式为宜,并且新增的修正案应当是可以作为独立适用的条款,既能保证宪法规范与社会实际的一致性,又能保证宪法的稳定性以增强宪法的尊严和权威性。As a special supervisory committee for anti-corruption,the establishment of this new state organ inevitably involves the problem of the modification of the constitution.The modification in this time should be appropriate in the form of adopting the new amendment,which should be an independently applicable clause not only ensuring the conformity of constitutional norms and social reality,but also ensuring the stability of the constitution to enhance the dignity and authority of the constitution.
