摘　　要：互联网的发明和应用具有划时代的意义和价值。如果说,以蒸汽机、电机和电子器件的发明和广泛应用为标志的前三次技术革命,更多地侧重于通过机械化、电气化和电子化的方式,首先使人从自然力的束缚中获得解放的话,那么,以互联网的发明和广泛应用为标志的第四次技术革命,则更多地侧重于通过网络化和信息化的方式,进一步使人从社会条件的限制与束缚中获得解放。它将为人类建立起无数创新的平台,从而为人的解放开辟无限广阔的前景。The invention and application of the Internet is of epoch-making significance and value.If we say that the first three technological revolutions marked by the inventions and wide application of the steam engine,electric machinery and electron device had liberated human beings firstly from the bondage of natural force by more focusing on the means of the mechanization,electrification and electronization,while the fourth technological revolution marked by the invention and wide application of the Internet has further liberated human beings from the restriction and bondage of social conditions by more focusing on the means of the networking and informatization,which will establish countless innovative platforms for human beings and then opening up unlimitedly vast prospects for human liberation.
