摘　　要：目的:探讨利用显微外科技术实行离断肢体再植的优越性和可行性。方法:收治腕部离断患者12例,均行显微外科修复及骨折固定技术,观察治疗效果。结果:存活11例,存活患者满意度100%;各手指手腕活动度良好,感觉良好,功能满意。结论:利用显微外科技术行离断肢体再植的效果较好。Objective:To explore the advantages and feasibility of microsurgical technique in replantation of amputated limb.Methods:12patients with amputated wrist were selected.They were treated using microsurgical repair and fracture fixation techniques,and we observed the treatment effect.Results:11cases were alive,and the satisfaction of the surviving patients was100%.The movements of the fingers and wrists were good,the sensation was good,and the function was satisfactory.Conclusion:The effect of microsurgical technique in replantation of amputated limb was good.
