摘　　要：目的:探讨22号双腔尿管在>41孕周孕妇引产中的有效性和安全性。方法:收治>41孕周未临产孕妇388例,随机分为观察组188例和对照组200例。观察组使用22号双腔导尿管引产,对照组单纯给予催产素静脉滴注。结果:两组宫颈评分、引产至分娩时间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:22号双腔尿管置入子宫颈内口可安全、有效地用于>41孕周孕妇引产。Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of22double lumen catheter in induction of labor at gestational weeks greater than41weeks.Methods:388pregnant women with gestational week greater than41were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group(with188cases)and the control group(with200cases).The observation group were used22double lumen catheter,and the control group were only given oxytocin intravenous drip.Results:There was significant differences in cervical score,labor induction and delivery time between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:22double lumen catheter can be safely and effectively used for labor induction at gestational week greater than41.
