摘　　要：目的:探讨PDCA持续改进方法在先天性肾上腺皮质增生症患儿规范复诊中的应用。方法:2016年4月成立PDCA小组,采用PDCA持续改进方法,观察实施效果。结果:通过开展活动,先天性肾上腺皮质增生症患儿的规范复诊率由活动前的51.72%提高到82.17%(P<0.05)。结论:采用PDCA持续改进方法不仅提高了先天性肾上腺皮质增生症患儿的规范复诊率,更有利于加强此种疾病的规范化治疗,对患儿更好地融入社会起到了极其重要的作用。Objective:To explore the application of PDCA continuous improvement method in standard return visit of children with congenital adrenal cortical hyperplasia.Methods:In April2016,we set up a team and carried out PDCA continuous improvement methods,and observed the implementation effect.Results:Through the activities,the rate of standard return visit of children with congenital adrenal cortical hyperplasia was increased from51.72%before the activity to82.17%(P<0.05).Conclusion:The PDCA continuous improvement method not only improved the rate of standard return visit of children with congenital adrenal cortical hyperplasia,but also helped to strengthen the standardized treatment of this disease,which played an extremely important role in the better integration of children into society.
