银离子藻酸盐敷料联合多爱肤敷料用于藏毛窦切开后伤口换药的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨银离子藻酸盐敷料联合多爱肤敷料用于藏毛窦切开后伤口换药的临床效果。方法:收治行藏毛窦切除术的患者63例,分为观察组与对照组。观察组采用银离子藻酸盐敷料联合多爱肤敷料换药,对照组采用无菌凡士林油纱布换药。结果:观察组伤口愈合时间、换药次数、伤口感染率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:银离子藻酸盐敷料联合多爱肤敷料用于藏毛窦切开后伤口换药的临床效果显著。Objective:To explore the effect of silver ion alginate dressing combined with Duo Ai Fu dressing on wound dressing after pilonidal sinus incision.Methods:63patients with excision of pilonidal sinus were selected.They were divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group was treated with silver ion alginate dressing combined with Duo Ai Fu dressing on wound dressing,and the control group was treated with aseptic vaseline gauze on wound dressing.Results:In the observation group,the wound healing time,the number of dressing change and wound infection rate were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of silver ion alginate dressing combined with Duo Ai Fu dressing on wound dressing after pilonidal sinus incision was significant.
