中医辨证施治对盆腔炎的应用与疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医辨证施治对盆腔炎的应用与疗效。方法:收治盆腔炎患者92例,根据治疗方法分为西医治疗组和中医辨证组,各46例。西医治疗组给予西医治疗,中医辨证组给予中医辨证施治。结果:中医辨证组治疗效果明显优于西医治疗组(P<0.05);中医辨证组不良反应发生率明显低于西医,治疗组(P<0.05);中医辨证组患者白带恢复时间、疼痛消失时间、包块消失时间、积液消失时间均明显短于西医治疗组(P<0.05)。结论:中医辨证施治对盆腔炎的疗效确切,可有效消除包块和积液,减轻疼痛,促进白带恢复正常,不良反应少,有效性和安全性高。Objective:To investigate the application and curative effect of dialectical treatment on pelvic inflammatory disease(TCM).Methods:92cases of pelvic inflammatory disease were selected.They were divided into the western medicine treatment group and the TCM syndrome differentiation group according to the treatment methods,with46cases in each group.The western medicine treatment group received western medicine treatment,and the TCM syndrome differentiation group were given the dialectical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.Results:The treatment effect of the TCM syndrome differentiation group was obviously higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The occurrence rate of adverse reactions in the TCM group was significantly lower than that in the western medicine group(P<0.05).Leucorrhea recovery time,pain time,mass extinction time,effusion disappearance time in the TCM group were significantly shorter than those in the western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application and curative effect of TCM dialectical treatment on pelvic inflammatory disease can effectively eliminate the lump and fluid,relieve pain,promote the recovery of leucorrhea,with less adverse reactions,high efficacy and safety.
