中医针灸治疗周围性面瘫急性期的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医针灸治疗周围性面瘫急性期的疗效。方法:收治周围性面瘫急性期患者80例,根据治疗方式的不同分为对照组和试验组,各40例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,试验组给予中医针灸治疗。结果:和对照组相比,试验组患者痊愈时间更短,临床治疗总有效率更高(P<0.05)。结论:中医针灸治疗周围性面瘫急性期患者效果显著,可显著缩短患者痊愈时间。Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect on peripheral facial paralysis at acute stage treated with Chinese acupuncture.Methods:80patients with peripheral facial paralysis at acute stage were selected.They were divided into control group and experimental group according to the different forms of treatment,with40cases in each group.The control group were treated with conventional western medicine,and the experimental group were given acupuncture treatment.Results:Compared with the patients in the control group,the patients in the experimental group had shorter recovery time,and the total effective rate of the clinical treatment was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinese acupuncture in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis at acute stage is remarkable,and it can shorten the recovery time significantly.
