摘　　要：目的:研究探讨温针电针综合治疗仪、传统温电针、电针三伏天治疗阳虚寒凝型膝骨关节炎(KOA)的疗效。方法:收治阳虚寒凝型KOA患者120例,均于三伏天进行治疗,随机平分为综合治疗仪组、温电针组及电针组。通过WOMAC、SF-36、VAS量表评估对比各组临床治疗效果。结果:各组治疗KOA均有效,其中综合治疗仪组总有效率优于传统温电针组和电针组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合治疗仪临床疗效好,操作较传统的电针灸法简单方便、安全性高、环保,且其收费低,可减轻患者的经济负担。Objective:To investigate the effect of warm needle electro-acupuncture comprehensive treatment instrument,traditional warming electroacupuncture and electroacupuncture in the treatment of type deficiency of yang and accumulation of cold knee osteoarthritis(KOA)during dogdays.Methods:120patients with type deficiency of yang and accumulation of cold KOA were selected.They were all treated in dogdays.They were randomly divided into the three groups on average,the comprehensive therapeutic apparatus group,the traditional warming electroacupuncture group and the electroacupuncture group.The clinical effects of each group were evaluated by WOMAC,SF-36and VAS scales.Results:The treatment of KOA in each group was effective.The total effective rate of the comprehensive therapeutic instrument group was better than that of the traditional electroacupuncture group and the electroacupuncture group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of comprehensive treatment instrument is simple and convenient to operate.Compared with the traditional electroacupuncture and moxibustion method,it is simple and convenient,which has high safety,no environmental pollution,and the low fees,which can reduce the economic burden of patients.
