胸腰椎压缩骨折经皮椎体成形术后残留下腰痛的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨胸腰椎压缩骨折经皮椎体成形术后残留下腰痛的中药补敷治疗效果。方法:收治胸腰椎压缩骨折经皮椎体成形术后残留下腰痛患者126例,随机平分两组。对照组实施常规治疗,观察组联用中药外敷,治疗前后行炎性因子检测和疼痛程度评定,比较两组下腰痛的治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组白介素-6、C反应蛋白、VAS评分、ODI评分降低(P<0.05)。两组JOA评分增加(P<0.05)。观察组白介素-6、C反应蛋白、VAS评分、ODI评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组JOA评分、治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药外敷是治疗胸腰椎压缩骨折经皮椎体成形术后残留下腰痛的有效方法,能减轻炎性反应,提高治疗效果。Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of residual low back pain after percutaneous vertebroplasty for thoracic and lumbar vertebrae compression fractures.Methods:126patients with residual low back pain after percutaneous vertebroplasty for thoracic and lumbar vertebra compression fractures were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with Chinese herbal medicine.The inflammatory factors and pain levels were evaluated before and after treatment,and the therapeutic effects of lower back pain in the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6,C reactive protein,VAS score and ODI score decreased in the two groups(P<0.05).The JOA score increased in the two groups(P<0.05).The levels of interleukin-6,C reactive protein,VAS score and ODI score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The JOA score and the total effective rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:External application of Chinese medicine is an effective method for treating residual lumbar pain after percutaneous vertebroplasty in the treatment of thoracolumbar vertebral compression fracture.It can reduce the inflammatory reaction and improve the therapeutic effect.
