摘　　要：目的:探讨PDCA管理模式对烧伤整形科护理质量的影响。方法:收治烧伤并接受整形术患者300例,随机分为对照组与研究组。对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用PDCA护理,比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组的并发症发生率、ADL评分和护理质量满意度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:PDCA护理管理模式可提高烧伤整形科的护理质量。Objective:To explore the influence of PDCA management mode on nursing quality of burn and plastic surgery department.Methods:300patients with burn and plastic surgery were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given PDCA cycle nursing.We compared the efficacy of two groups.Results:In the study group,the complication rate,the ADL score and the quality of nursing satisfaction were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:PDCA nursing management mode can improve the quality of nursing of burn and plastic surgery department.
