摘　　要：目的:探讨消化道黏膜隆起性病变内镜下黏膜剥离术(ESD)的手术配合及护理。方法:观察内镜下黏膜剥离术治疗消化道黏膜隆起病变45例的护理配合效果。结果:在积极护理配合下,患者均成功完成手术,均未出现严重并发症。结论:ESD术中护理为手术顺利进行、减少创伤及减少术后并发症起到积极作用。Objective:To explore the surgical coordination and nursing of endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD)for gastrointestinal mucosal protrusion.Methods:We observed the effect of nursing coordination in45cases of endoscopic submucosal dissection for gastrointestinal mucosal protrusion.Results:Under the active nursing coordination,the patients completed the operation successfully,and no serious complications occurred.Conclusion:ESD intraoperative care played an active role in the smooth operation of the operation,reducing trauma and reducing postoperative complications.
