体温控制法指导阿托品用量治疗有机磷中毒的护理观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨体温控制法指导阿托品用量治疗有机磷中毒的效果及护理措施。方法:研究对象为江西省南昌市第三医院于2016年4月至2017年4月期间收治的有机磷中毒患者,共134例,通过随机数字抽取表法将患者分为两组,其中对照组患者接受"阿托品化"作为停药与减量的指征,共67例,而观察组患者则采用体温控制法作为停药与减量的指征,共67例,两组患者均接受有效的护理干预,对两组患者治愈率、阿托品中毒率及恢复时间进行比较分析。结果:两组患者至阿托平化剂量比较无明显差异,P>0.05;而观察组患者阿托品化后维持量、恢复时间均明显低于对照组,P<0.05;观察组治愈率97.01%显著高于对照组治愈率85.07%,阿托品中毒率1.49%显著低于对照组阿托品中毒率13.43%,P<0.05。结论:对有机磷中毒患者采用体温控制法指导阿托品用量治疗,并加强护理干预利于促使患者尽快康复,保证阿托品用量的安全性和有效性,具有重要的临床价值。Objective:To investigate the effect of body temperature control and the nursing measures on atropine in the treatment of organophosphoruspoisoning.Methods:134cases patients with organic phosphorus in our hospital between April2016to April2017were randomly divided into two groups:the control group patients received atropine as withdrawal and reduction of indications,with67cases,while the patients in the observation group was adoptedthe temperature control method as the withdrawal and reduction of indications,with67cases.Two groups were given effective nursing intervention,and thecure rate of atropine poisoning rate and recovery time were compared.Results:No significant difference was found between the two groups of patients toatropine dose,P>0.05;the patients in the observation group after the atropine maintenance dosage,recovery time were significantly lower than the controlgroup,P<0.05;the cure rate of the observation group97.01%was significantly higher than the control group the cure rate was85.07%,atropine poisoningrate of1.49%was significantly lower than the control group atropine poisoning the rate of13.43%,P<0.05.Conclusion:Patients with temperature controlmethod for the atropine treatment of organophosphorus poisoning with nursing intervention can promote the rehabilitation of patients as soon as possible,toensure the safety and efficacy of atropine,thus it has important clinical value.
