摘　　要：目的:研究纳布啡对硬膜外组滞分娩镇痛时布比卡因最低有效的影响,通过建立临床模型进行。方法:选取鹰潭市中医院2015年7月至2016年7月收治的硬膜外阻滞分娩镇痛产妇86例作为本文的观察对象,将其分为两组,即对照组与观察组,每组产妇各43例。给予对照组产妇采用布比卡因进行麻醉镇痛,观察组产妇则在对照组的基础上加入纳布啡进行麻醉镇痛,比较两组产妇的治疗效果。结果:对照组产妇使用药物后Bromage评分、第一、二产程时间、镇痛情况与观察组产妇使用药物后的效果Bromage评分、第一、二产程时间、镇痛情况相比,对照组的效果较差(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论:采用纳布啡与布比卡因对产妇硬膜外阻滞分娩镇痛具有一定的缓解作用,在临床上值得大力推广及应用。Objective:Effects of nalbuphine on epidural analgesia with Bupivacaine group delay during the lowest effective were evalulated throughthe establishment of clinical model.Methods:86cases epidural labor analgesia maternal in our hospital from July2015to July2016were dividedinto two groups,namely control group and observation group,each group with43cases.The control group was received with bupivacaine anesthesiaanalgesia;on the basis of control group,the observation group also treated with nalbuphine for anesthesia and analgesia,the treatment effect of thetwo groups were compared.Results:The Bromage score,the first and second stage of labor time,analgesia in the observation group was better thanthe control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using nalbuphine and bupivacaine on maternal epidural analgesia can relieve,thus it is worthy of promotionand application in clinical.
