汽车保险理赔时效纠纷的浅析

摘　　要：随着我国经济的快速发展,汽车汽车产业达到前所未有的发展,汽车保险行业更是犹如雨后春笋般兴起。车险理赔一直是车主投保后最关心的问题,理赔时效更是保险公司理赔服务水平的最重要体现。在理赔过程中,理赔时效纠纷是保险公司与被保险人之间的主要纠纷之一。文章就汽车保险理赔过程中出现的时效纠纷的原因进行分析,并提出相关的解决建议。With the rapid development of China's economy and the unprecedented development of automobile industry,autoinsurance industry has mushroomed.Auto insurance claims have always been the most concern for the owners,and thelimitation of claims is the most important manifestation of the insurance company's claim service level.In the process ofclaim settlement,the dispute of the settlement of time is one of the main disputes between the insurance company and theinsured.This paper analyzes the causes of the aging disputes in the process of auto insurance claims,and puts forwardrelevant Suggestions.
