摘　　要：祁志龙是中国当代"艳俗艺术"的代表人物之一。2016年3月,内蒙古大学艺术学院王鹏瑞教授对其进行了专访。谈话内容涉及艺术家的家庭背景、成长经历、"艳俗艺术"的产生及其与中国当代艺术的关系等问题。作为中国当代艺术的积极参与者与见证者,祁志龙的谈话对我们进一步理解中国当代艺术和当下的艺术创作具有启示意义。Qi Zhilong is one of the representatives of contemporary Chinese 'Gaudy Art'. In March 2016,Professor Wang Pengrui of Art College of Inner Mongolia University conducted an exclusive interview with him. The interview covers the artist's family background, personal growth experience, origin of 'Gaudy Art' and its relationship with Chinese contemporary art as well as other issues. As Qi is an active participant and witness of Chinese contemporary art, the interview with him is of great significance to our further understanding of Chinese contemporary art and current artistic creation.
