摘 要:本文以废弃竹筷为原材料,利用水热法和碳化相结合的工艺制备出碳纤维,并对得到的碳纤维进行XRD、Raman和FTIR等表征,结果表明,碳纤维主要以无定型碳为主,具有一定的石墨化度,且为纤维结构,表面覆盖大量褶皱,长度可达20—200μm,直径约为3—5μm,另外碳纤维表面还有大量的含氧官能团,因此具有一定的研究价值。In this paper,waste bamboo chopsticks are used as raw materials to produce carbon fibervia a combined hydrothermal method andcarbonization process.The carbon fibers are characterized by XRD,Raman spectra and FTIR.Results shows that the carbon fiber are mainly amorphous carbon,and are of a certain degree of graphitization withthe fiber structure,which is covered with a large amount of wrinkles.Its length is up to20-200μm,and the diameter is about3-5μm.In addition,there are a large number of oxygen-containing functional groups on the surface ofcarbon fiber.The result of this experimental study shows that carbon fibers produced from waste bamboo chopstickshave certain research values.
