医院医保从业人员能力建设刍议

摘　　要：医院医保从业人员已成为医院与医保互动的纽带和桥梁,肩负着医院与医保共同发展的重任。这种责任和作用,迫切要求加快医院医保从业人员队伍的能力建设。目前医院医保管理工作存在着职能模糊、角色尴尬、管理体制不顺等问题,医院医保从业人员业务能力不足、继续教育滞后,亟待建立专项培训制度、继续教育制度和有效的考核机制。Medical insurance practitioners in hospital have become the interaction and bridge between hospitals and medical insurance,and shouldered the important task of common development between hospitals and medical insurance.This kind of responsibility and role urgently requires the capacity construction of medical insurance practitioners in hospital.At present,there are some problems such as unclear function,awkward role and poor management system in hospital medical insurance management.Therefore,it is urgent to establish a special training system,a continuing education system and an eff ective assessment mechanism.
