小儿血尿的病因及肾活检病理检查价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析小儿血尿病因和肾活检的病理检查价值。方法选取2015年7月-2016年6月我院收治的78例血尿患儿资料,对血尿病因和肾活检的病理检查价值进行分析。结果血尿病因主要包括急性肾小球肾炎[39.74%(31/78)]、肾病综合征[19.23%(15/78)]和泌尿系统感染[11.54%(9/78)];通过肾活检的病理检查发现:2例存在狼疮肾炎、毛细血管内增生肾炎和微小病变肾炎,3例存在Ig A肾病、局灶性节段型肾小球硬化,4例存在膜性肾病、膜增生肾炎,10例为系膜增生肾炎。结论血尿患儿的病因十分复杂,主要表现为肾脏免疫系统疾病,且临床通过肾活检病理检查能够为血尿疾病防治方案的制定提供参考,具有一定的推广价值。Objective To analyze the etiology of hematuria and the value of pathological examinationof renal biopsy in children.Methods The data of78children with hematuria treated in our hospital from July2015to June2016were analyzed,and the value of pathologic examination of hematuria and renal biopsy was analyzed.Results Hematuria mainly includes acute glomerulonephritis[39.74%(31/78)],renal syndrome[19.23%(15/78)]and urinary tract infection[11.54%(9/78)].Renal biopsy pathological examination found:2cases withlupus nephritis,capillary hyperplasia nephritis and micro-pathological nephritis,3cases with IgA nephropathyand focal segmental glomerular sclerosis,4cases with membranous nephropathy and membranous nephritis,10cases with mesangial hyperplasia nephritis.Conclusion The etiology of hematuria is very complicated,mainlymanifested as renal immune system disease,and the clinical examination of renal biopsy can provide a referencefor the prevention and treatment of hematuria,and it has a certain value in popularizing.
