摘  要:基于端面摩擦磨损实验,研究了摩擦条件对聚醚醚酮(PEEK)磨损率的影响,并以此建立了PEEK的修正Archard磨损计算模型。结合有限元分析软件与网格自适应处理技术,该磨损计算模型被用于实现PEEK在多种摩擦工况下的仿真与预测模拟,模拟结果与试验结果吻合良好,说明提出的磨损模型与数值模拟方法的合理性,适用于PEEK在复杂接触条件下的磨损预测。Based on the end face friction and wear experiments,the influence of friction conditions on the wear coefficient ofpolyether ether ketone(PEEK)was studied,and a modified Archard wear calculation model for PEEK was established.Combinedwith finite element analysis software and adaptive grid technology,the wear calculation model was used in the wear simulationand prediction of PEEK under various frictional conditions,and the simulation results are in good agreement with the experimentalresults,indicating the rationality of the wear model and numerical simulation method proposed.This method is suitable for wearprediction of PEEK under complex contact conditions.
