青年原发高尿酸血症氧化应激与炎症的关系研究

摘　　要：目的分析青年原发高尿酸血症氧化应激与炎症的关系。方法选取青年原发高尿酸血症患者64例为高尿酸(HUA)组,健康体检者60例为对照组,检测血清丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、白介素6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平。结果 HUA组MDA、IL-6、TNF-α高于对照组,SOD低于对照组(P<0.05);血清尿酸水平与MDA、IL-6、TNF-α呈正相关,与SOD呈负相关(P<0.05);MDA与IL-6、TNF-α呈正相关(P<0.05),SOD与IL-6、TNF-α呈负相关(P<0.05);尿酸、MDA及SOD是IL-6、TNF-α的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论青年原发高尿酸血症患者体内呈氧化应激及微炎症状态,而患者体内炎症应答可能与高尿酸引起的氧化应激反应有关。Objective To analyze the relationships between oxidative stress indexes and inflammatoryindexes in young patients with primary hyperuricemia.Methods Asymptomatic young patients(64cases)withprimary hyperuricemia found during physical examination were selected as hyperuricemic group,60healthypersons were selected as control group.The levels of serum MDA,IL-6and TNF-αand SOD activity weredetected,and statistic analyses were carrid out.Results The levels of MDA,IL-6and TNF-αin thehyperuricemic group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the SOD activitywas significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The level of serum uric acid was positivelycorrelated with MDA,IL-6and TNF-α(P<0.05),but negatively correlated with SOD(P<0.05).The serumMDA level was positively correlated with IL-6and TNF-α(P<0.05).The SOD activity was negativelycorrelated with IL-6and TNF-α(P<0.05).Serum uric acid,MDA and SOD were the influencing factors ofIL-6and TNF-α(P<0.05).Conclusions There are oxidative stress and micro-inflammatory state in youngpatients with hyperuricemia,and the inflammatory response may be related to the oxidative stress responseinduced by hyperuricemia.
