摘  要:该文所研制的公铁两用工程运输车(简称公铁车)采用两套传动系统,在公路行驶时由胶轮驱动,在铁路行驶时由导向钢轮驱动。铁轨行驶部分采用了液压动力部件,改变了传统由液力变矩器连接机械变速箱的结构模式,使整体结构在设计上更加紧凑,可靠。液压动力单元采用电液控制、恒功率变量液压泵和变量马达等主要部件构成,实现了行驶速度高精度控制和准确稳定的液压力矩的传递。The road-rail engineering transport vehicle(RRV)have two sets of transmission system.On the road,it is driven by the rubberwheels,and on the rail,it is driven by the guide steel wheels.The hydraulic motors are adopted for rail travel components,that changes thetraditional structure mode of trque converter connectting with the gear-box.The whole structure is more compact and reliable in design.Thehydraulic power unit is composed of electro hydraulic control system,constant power variable displacement pump and variable motors,which can control the speed with high precision and transfer hydraulic torque acurately and stably.
