摘 要:目的基于盲肠结扎穿孔脓毒症模型,采用大鼠动物作为实验对象,观察其肺部炎症以及氧化应激。方法将成长期在8周的雄性大鼠随机分组为对照组、假手术组和模型组3组,采用盲肠结扎穿孔术(CLP)制备脓毒症ALI模型,为达到实验观察效果,在手术12h药物处死实验大鼠,进行肺组织HE染色分析,并观察MPO及MDA水平。结果模型组大鼠肺组织损伤程度、MPO及MDA水平较对照组及假手术组显著增高(P<0.01)。结论基于盲肠结扎穿孔脓毒症大鼠动物模型可以很好的模拟脓毒症炎症反应及氧化应激。Objective To observe the pulmonary inflammation and oxidative stress in rats with cecal ligation and puncture sepsis.MethodsThe male rats in8weeks were randomly divided into control group,sham operation group and model group,The ALI model of sepsis was preparedby cecal ligation and puncture(CLP).In order to achieve the effect of experimental observation,the rats were killed after the operation12h,and thelung tissue HE staining analysis was performed,and the levels of MPO and MDA were observed.Results The degree of lung injury and the levelsof MPO and MDA in the model group were significantly higher than those in the control group and the sham operation group(P<0.01).ConclusionRats with cecal ligation and puncture sepsis model can well simulate sepsis inflammatory response and oxidative stress.
