沙美特罗替卡松联合孟鲁司特治疗老年中重度支气管哮喘的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析沙美特罗替卡松联合孟鲁司特治疗老年中重度支气管哮喘的疗效。方法按照入院顺序抽取本院自2015年10月～2016年10月收治的中重度支气管哮喘老年患者90例，分为研究组和对照组，每组45例。对照组予以沙美特罗替卡松治疗，研究组在对照组的基础上予以孟鲁司特联合治疗。对比2组的治疗效果、肺功能。结果研究组的总有效率显著高于对照组，肺功能显著优于对照组，差异显著，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论中重度支气管哮喘老年患者予以沙美特罗替卡松与孟鲁司特联合治疗，临床疗效显著，肺功能明显提升，值得借鉴和推广。Objective To analyze the effect of salmeterol Lo fluticasone combined with montelukast on the treatment of the elderly patientswith severe bronchial asthma.Methods According to the order of admission,90elderly patients with moderate or severe bronchial asthma treatedin our hospital from October2015to October2016were divided into two groups:the study group(n=45)and the control group(n=45).The controlgroup were given salmeterol and fluticasone.The study group were received montelukast on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effectsand pulmonary function in the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in the study group was significantly higher than thatin the control group,the lung function was significantly better than that in the control group,the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy is significant which salmeterol fluticasone combined with montelukast was used on the treatment of elderly patientswith moderate and severe bronchial asthma,pulmonary function is improved significantly,which is worthy of reference and promotion.
